This Sunday I baked some Oatmeal Raisin Cookies for my family and my dad walked in while I was scooping the dough onto the cookie sheets. He dunked his finger into the bowl of dough, scraped out a considerable portion of it and rushed out of the room. Good one dad. I totally didn’t notice you there. So as I placed the tray of cookies in the oven I realized, why don’t I just make an Oatmeal Raisin Cookie Dough that doesn’t even need to be baked?
So I made this amazing raw cookie dough. It’s eggless, so you don’t need to worry about any pesky Salmonella. And it’s guilt free, so you don’t need to worry about unnecessary butter, excess sugar and refined carbohydrates! This Oatmeal Raisin Cookie Dough is high fiber, high protein, gluten free and vegan, which makes for a perfect breakfast, don’t it?

That sure sounds like a balanced breakfast to me! 6g of filling fiber, 8g of natural sugars (from fruit only), 19g of satiating complete protein… yeah, cookie dough for breakfast sounds a whole lot better than cereal.
